Please remember that check in time is at 4pm unless prior arrangements have
been approved by management. Arrival to the cabin prior to 4pm will result in
a $25 early check-in fee.
Laundry Facilities - Laundry Barn is the first building you drive by on
your way in to cabin. Key is hanging on a wooden spoon in the
kitchen.
EV Charger cable is hanging in the laundry room. Charger is on the
outside of the laundry room.
Water - the cabin is on a filtration system that also aerates the water.
This causes the water to look milky when coming out of the faucet.
These are just bubbles!
Other Information:
Hiker's Hideaway is equipped with a gas fireplace. Fireplace is controlled by remote on the wall by the coffee maker. Please do not touch anything on the stove itself.
Light/Fan is also controlled by remote control mounted on the wall by the coffee maker.
Loft Bed is on wheels and has handles so you can slide it away from the ceiling for more head clearance.
Blind pull for skylight blind is hanging on a hook in the loft.
Rooster-proof ear plugs are in the bathroom!
Power Outages: Our area can experience power outages at any time of the year but our power outage 'season' is October - April. If you are visiting during this time, please visit our Power Outage page to be prepared!

Please be on time with your check out as our housekeepers are on a tight schedule. Failure to depart on time will result in a $25 per 30 minute late check out fee.
Please wash your dishes. You may leave them for the housekeeper to put away. No need to strip beds, but if you have time, please start a load of towels in the washing machine. Please turn off heat, lights, stove, unplug coffee maker, etc close windows and lock both doors. To lock front door, pull closed and press lock button.
